SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy describes the subscription, billing and cancellation terms applicable to CrawL "the Service" offered by Numerio Legaltechnologies "the Company".

I. Subscriptions

  • The Service is offered in the form of a monthly or annual subscription ("Subscription").
  • Subscription plans, included features and prices are described on our website.
  • All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.

II. Faturation

  • Payments are made in advance, on the billing date specified when subscribing to a Subscription.
  • We accept all payment methods supported by our service provider FeexPay in charge of collecting payments.
  • In the event of payment failure, access to the Service may be suspended until the problem is resolved.

III. Trial period

  • A trial period of 03 days (72 hours) is offered to users.
  • At the end of the free "demo" trial period, users will be invited to choose a paid subscription.

IV. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time from their user accounts. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds will be given for periods already billed, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
  • Cancellation will result in termination of access to the Service at the end of the last paid period.

V. Modification

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to modify prices, subscription plans or the terms of this Policy. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
  • In the event of non-acceptance of the new conditions, users may cancel their Subscription before the effective date.
