III. Service access

• The Service is accessible only to users with a valid account.
• Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login details.
• The Company cannot be held responsible for security incidents or data breaches resulting from users' own negligence.

IV. Use of the Service

• Users agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Any attempt to hack, modify or hijack the Service is strictly prohibited.
• Users may only use the Service on behalf of the company for which the subscription to the Service has been activated. Any use of the Service in the name of, on behalf of and for the benefit of a company other than that for which the subscription has been activated shall constitute[1] a breach of these conditions.
• Use of the Service is subject to activation and regular payment [2]of a subscription.
• To use the Service, users must create an account on the Company's website. Once their accounts have been created, users will be able to choose between a free "demo" version valid for 72 hours and the direct activation of a paid subscription. Once the validity period of the demo version has expired, users will have to activate a paid subscription or forfeit use of the Service.
• The various formulas, their costs, specific features and the subscription, billing and cancellation procedures are set out in the Subscription, Billing and Cancellation Policy, which can be consulted immediately on the Company's website.

V. Intellectual property

• All rights to the Service, including logos and designs, belong to the Company.
• Users are not authorized to copy, reproduce or redistribute the Service.

VI. Data protection

Users' personal data is collected and used in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, which can be consulted immediately on its website.

VII. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company declines all liability in the event of interruption of the Service or loss of data.
• The Company's liability is limited by law to cases of intent or gross negligence.

VIII. Changes to the Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect on the date of their publication on the Company's website.
